Once a 2nd grade teacher in another life, Jessica brings an endless dose of patience and a slight New Jersey flair to her role as Talent Care Agent. She originally joined Kineticom as a member of the recruitment team and quickly learned that her passion was in helping talent navigate their journey post hiring. Jess is a pro at juggling all the moving parts involved in managing contractors across 5 time zones and particularly enjoys taking on new talent. Jessica is fifty percent Italian and fifty percent Sicilian, which means her contributions for our office potlucks are always highly sought after.

Merrin Russell
Talent Care Agent, San Diego

As a Talent Care Agent, Merrin embraces the unique hybrid role of customer service and human resources and assists our talent with everything from benefits and payroll to compensation and compliance with state and federal regulations. With 10 years of customer service experience under her belt, Merrin still exudes a positive attitude and faces every challenge with a big smile. She especially enjoys creating or restructuring policies that help make company processes and  people more efficient. A dedicated team player, Merrin is always the first one to raise her hand to volunteer for any event, fundraiser or team building activity.

Kristen Burnett
Talent Care Agent, Nashville

As the dedicated K2Com services Talent Care Agent, Kristen handles everything from onboarding to travel coordination for this very unique group of talent. Kristen is a self-proclaimed “people person”, and with 10 years of human resources and customer service experience, that makes a whole lot of sense. Kristen continues to be inspired by developing relationships with talent and instilling in them the confidence to allow them to approach her with any issues or concerns that may arise. When she’s not working with tower climbers and tophands, Kristen is on the baseball field coaching a team of 5 and 6 year old little leaguers.
